Day 1

By the time we got to Edmonton I was really starting to miss St. Catharines. I tried to have as much fun as I could and make the best of it to. We started off by going to 105th Street cafe for a great buffet breakfast.(4) The breakfast had everything from cereal to waffels with whipcream. Then for the rest of the day we were going Gaxalyland which would be the second amusment park of the trip. However nobody minded because we all loved rollercoasters. This one was special because it was the biggest Indoor amusment park in Canada. It also has the biggest indoor rollercoaster called the Mindbender.(3) It was a great rollercoaster, we all had a great time there. The only bad thing was that it costed a certain amount of tickets per ride. Tickets were alot of money so we had to keep asking my parents for money and they did not like that. After 7 hours of riding rides we went to La Ronde Revolving Rooftop Resteraunt(5). It was by far the most fun I have ever had eating dinner. It was at the top floor of a huge building and all the windows were open. The whole resteraunt was rotating and you could see the whole city, it was amazing. After a while it makes you feel sick but it was all worth it! When we got back to the hotel we were exhausted from screaming so we all just passed out in our hotel room

Day 2

The second day in Edmonton I was really excited because i love bike riding so my family and I rented some bikes. In Edmonton there is over 225km of bike trails. Obviusly we would never be able to go on all of them. But we would ride all day and see as much things as we could. On this Saturday all the trails were totally full of people. However we found a nice trail that ran along a nice river that we stoped and could see load of fish swimming everywhere. It was a beautiful site. For lunch we saw a guy driving a fry truck so we got a extra large order of frys. They were veryyyyy good!!!! Then we basically rode until we couldnt ride anymore. Basically crawled back to the hotel layed in bed and fell asleep. That was one of the cheapest days of our trip and also one of the funnest. You can still have fun without spending loads of cash. Edmonton was my favourite city from then on, I had a great time. Now we were off to our last stop on the trip in Vancouver which I was the most excited for!
